1.)How do I register my domain?
You can choose to register your domain name or let New Wave Designs do this for you. There are many different companies that offer domain registering.
2.)How long will it take to build my website?
Design times will vary. Three/Five page websites that do not require much formatting and do not require extra coding and features can be finished in as little as 3 weeks. Bigger sites
with more complex designs and layouts can take up to 2 months. We can put a rush on websites but additional fees will apply.
3.)How do I set up email accounts?
You can choose to have your employees access their email via the internet. You can also configure Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express and access your email through them.

4.)How do your maintenance contracts work?
Our maintenance contracts are hourly or monthly. Monthly contracts include 10 hours of updates. Hourly contracts are billed by the hour.

Web hosting is a service that provides internet users with online systems for storing information, images, video, or any content accessible via the web.

The buying and selling of goods and services over the Internet.
7.)What types of maintenance plans do you offer?
Our plans cover updates, removing ads, adding ads, changing email addresses, or other changes that may occur weekly or even monthly.
8.)What is included in the standard web design package?
Standard design packages include: Home page, text, logo, and 2-4 other pages of your choice. (about, contact, services, faqs, feedback, support etc.)
9.)What if I find grammar, spelling or other mistakes in my site when it's complete?
We will correct any grammar, spelling or email mistakes for one month after your website is completed.
10.)What if I want my site redesigned but I already paid my yearly fee?
We want anyone who is interested in New Wave Designs to be able to afford our services. We will work with you to make this happen and so that both parties are satisfied.
11.)What fees are due for web design packages & when?
We require payment in full upon signing a contract with New Wave
Designs. This covers all the expenses we may incur as well as billable hours.
